拳法讲究内练一口气,这个“气”,正确写法是“炁”(qi)。又叫元气。

精气神是在人体经络上运行的神秘能量。经络、穴位,都是数千年流传下来的一套知识体系。
练气士,通过吐纳空气,导引炼精化气,注意:“气”不是呼吸的空气,“精”,就是消化吸收食物获取的能量——16字诀前面还应该加上:炼食成精。
精气神的能量都是来源于食物。
人体维持生命运转,要消耗热能,用卡路里来计量。呼吸氧气燃烧分解体内的食物、糖原、脂肪、蛋白质产生,剧烈运动时,能量跟不上,还会进行无氧呼吸。无氧呼吸会产生乳酸,造成肌肉的酸痛,也满足不了生命所需的能量。
By minimizing the movement of life, one can enter the state of "tortoise breathing." The Daoist texts also mention "internal breathing," which seems impossible as it involves completely stopping respiration.
The Dao De Jing states: "All things bear the yin and embrace the yang, and they achieve harmony through the interplay of qi." The energy that represents the fusion of yin and yang in all things is qi. It can be understood that, in the universe, there is only one kind of energy: qi.
Give a thumbs up to the Dao De Jing. In fact, all the energy we use, at its root, is the result of physical and chemical reactions, the interaction of positive and negative particles.
Spirit, energy, and consciousness can all be classified as a type of energy, Qi. In physiological terms, it is called thermal energy.
人体主观感觉到的冷热,实际上是对粒子运动激烈程度的反映。
一切食物的热能,都来自太阳内部的核反应。
因此很清楚,内气,是能量,和我们普通人运动时消耗的热能并无区别。
想想也是,如果练内功,体内就能多出一种不同于常人的“内气”,也说不通啊。
能量,在表现形式上有很多,比如:热能、电能、磁能,动能等等。精气神都是人体生物能量,也有不同的表现形式,像水的三种形态。
运用上区分,分别供应的是身、心、灵。血管,神经,经络,应该是能量运行和调度的主干道。
古人说的心,指意识,心之官则思。内气,是供应意识运行的能量。大脑,绝对是人体的耗能大户。

能量可以互相转换,遵守能量守恒定律。舍利子么,是诸法空相,不生不灭,不垢不净,不增不减。
经络学说的高明之处,是把人体各大系统作为整体对待,但对身心灵的能量精气神,加以区别考虑。
这就明白了,练内功,实际上练的是,意识对于能量的控制。
内功高手,不是说比别人多了种内力,而是在外练筋骨皮的同时,还加强了五脏六腑,以及意识对能量的控制,可以在瞬间爆发出全身的力量。

When one gains intuition ability beyond the ordinary, being able to perceive the subtlest meridians and acupoints in the human body, including the comprehensive circulation of energy in the nine major energy systems, and demonstrating extraordinary abilities, this is considered as extrasensory perception, right?
