Looking back, a large flowerpot was shattered on the ground. Yi Ningjing was clutching her head, with blood continuously coming out from her palm.
I hurried forward to help her up and instructed the driver, "Go to the nearby hospital quickly."

"There was a lot of blood, and doctors and nurses were inside helping Director Yi bandage the wounds." My voice trembled a little, perhaps because I had seen too much blood, making me feel a bit panicky.
Gu Tingchen held me in his arms and gently patted my back, as if to reassure me, "It's okay."
The door of the clinic was opened, and I quickly walked up and asked, "Are you okay?"
"Luckily, it didn't hit any vital parts, but there's quite a lot of bleeding. You'll need rest for a while and there might be a mild concussion," the doctor's words relieved me, but I still couldn't take it lightly.
I entered the consultation room with Gu Tingchen, and Yin Jingjing had a white cloth wrapped around her head, with occasional traces of blood visible. "Director Yi, you saved me again, I don't know how to thank you."

Yi Ningjing smiled lightly and said, "It's nothing, I just happened to come across it."
"How did you end up there?" Gu Tingchen asked her.
"I had made plans with a friend, but just as I arrived at the entrance, I happened to run into Mrs. Gu. Oh no, I forgot to tell my friend, they must be worried." Ying Ningjing said as she frantically pulled out her phone from her bag.

Gu Tingchen nodded, and when we walked back to Yi Ningjing's side, she had finished her call with her friend.
"Director Yi, the doctor just said you need to rest. You should take a leave from the company for now and go to work when you feel better," I relayed the doctor's words to her.

Gu Tingchen said lightly, "Hmm, I will let Li Qing follow up on the project and you can come back after resting for a few days."
After he spoke, Yi Ningjing appeared much calmer, but she still took her work seriously. "No, Assistant Li rarely deals with this project. I will personally handle it."
If you insist on sticking to your plan, then let's do this: Director Yi will temporarily stay at my place so that if you don't feel well, at least we can take care of you.
"No." Yiningjing and Gutingchen said in unison.
Yiningjing glanced at Gutingchen, then turned her gaze towards me, "That's your home, I don't want to disturb you. Thank you for your concern, Mrs. Gu, but I know the extent of my injuries. They are not serious, so you don't have to worry. I can still work."
